At M-fold Biotech, > 150 different human GPCRs have been expressed
and purified in milligram quantities. For some of those, refolding is
already established.
If you are interested in a specific GPCR, please
enquire on its status. For a completely new GPCR, we will need an
average of 6 months from receiving the gene sequence to providing the
refolded protein. If the protein is already on our list of expressed
GPCRs, this time will be considerably shorter.
